Who I work with!
I specialize in helping women move better, prevent injuries and build lasting strength. I teach you how to move, not just what to do. My approach combines mindful Pilates and functional movement to help your body feel strong, supported and ready for life. From injury prevention, to recovery, prenatal to post partum, I’ve got you!

Working Together
To book a session please fill out an inquiry form on the Work with Me Page. A zoom consult will be required for all inquiries, prior to booking your session.

Grip Socks Required
Grip Socks in the studio are mandatory. We have a strict no shoes and no barefoot policy. It is for sanitary reasons and safety reasons. If you do not have grip socks you will be able to purchase some in studio.

Booking Policy
A valid credit card will be needed on file in order to book your appointment.

Late Cancel/ No Show Policy
Late Cancel: You must cancel a private session 24 hours in advance. If you do not a session will be deducted from your package. If you do not have a package you will be charged 50% of your session value.
No Show: Failure to show for a private session without notification will result in that session being deduced from your package or you will be charged the full amount for that session.

Do I need Pilates Experience?
No you do not! All levels are welcome in the studio! We’ve got you! All you need is a willingness to try something new, be open to new ideas and have fun!

What do I need to bring with me?
Your amazing self! Grip socks required, water, towel, fitness attire required.
Free Parking is available in an underground garage below the building.

I have injuries. Am I still able to do Pilates?
Yes! if you have clearance from your doctor to try/take pilates we have the skill necessary to help you in your healing journey. We have dealt with many different kinds of inquires and have been trained to handle them with caution and care. There are tons of modifications and ways to find success in Pilates while you recover and heal!
